As the owner of 1 of One, I thank you for trusting me to aid you in reaching your skincare goals. It is my mission to bring forward the most confident version of yourself by providing healthy, glowing skin and education on maintaining it without breaking the bank. Every individual that comes to lay on my table is treated as an inspiration piece and provided with custom care based off of skincare need. From facials to waxing to body care regimens, I aim to please and am more than happy to know that my services allow you to treat yourself like the walking art that you are—a one of one. The tranquility of my suite allows you to relax and be your true self while treatments are provided. Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that I can accommodate all clients fairly, I ask for the following:
1. **Notice Period**: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client.
2. **Late Cancellations**: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
3. **No-Shows/ consecutive cancellation **: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, or if you cancel consecutively (3 times with in a 3 month period) you will be put on a booking ban.
4. **Emergency Situations**: I understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do our best to accommodate your situation.
5. **Rescheduling**: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Rescheduling within the 24-hour window may be subject to the same fees as a late cancellation. If rescheduled late and charged a fee, that fee is carried over and will count towards your service.
